Effective October 2026, Visa is introducing an embedded payments acquirer fee of 0.10% applied to eligible Visa Commercial Solutions Virtual Card transactions used in embedded payments flows.

The charge is assessed if the portion of the authorization is in excess of the clearing amount plus 15% is $200.01 or more. The Card Brand Networks updated interchange rates effective October 1, 2026. The rates cover Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express.
